6-12 months
At 6 months, breast milk or infant formula is still the most important way to give your baby the nutrients he or she needs. However, at 6 months, your baby will start showing you that they are ready for their first foods, by putting things in their mouths or showing an interest in the food around them. Gradually introducing appropriate foods will encourage enjoyment of a variety of foods, forming the basis of a balanced diet and helping to ensure future health.
1-3 years
From 12+ months, your baby needs new flavors one at a time, with a slightly coarser texture, to encourage variety in the diet. This is what CERELAC® Stage 2 variants can provide. It is the ideal bowl for introducing new tastes for your baby’s developing taste buds, in an ideal size for your child’s small tummy.
