Cerelac Lentil And Rice Soup Recipe

Lentils are high in iron, protein, and fiber, making them a great addition to your child's healthy diet. This filling delicious soup has all the necessary nutrients for your little one.

Ingredients

• 30g Cerelac Rice (8+ months) 
•  ¼ garlic clove, mashed
•  ⅛ small onion, finely chopped
•  1 tsp vegetable oil
•  2 tbsp red lentils (50g) 
•  1 tbsp tomato (25g), peeled and chopped 
•  1 tbsp butternut squash (25g), chopped 
•  1 cup of  water
•  Pinches of turmeric, black pepper, cumin to taste (optional)
•  Lemon for serving (optional)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends exclusive breast-feeding for the first 6 months. Consult your doctor for advice on when to introduce complementary foods to your baby. Breastfeeding should continue for as long as possible after introduction of complementary foods.
