• 200 g salmon filet
• 5 tsp. lemon juice, separated 1 tsp. and 4 tsp.
• Pinches of white pepper, sweet paprika (optional)
• 1 garlic clove, mashed (optional)
• 1 medium potato, boiled
• 1 carrot, boiled
• 2 spring onion, chopped
• 2 tsp. mustard
• Touch of oil for cooking

Pour 1 tsp. of lemon juice on the salmon and cook it in the oven at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the carrot and potato until soft. Once done, remove and peel

Separate the cooked salmon from the skin and flake it in a bowl

Place the mashed carrot and potato onto the flaked salmon and mix all together with a fork

Add the Cerelac, chopped spring onion, mustard, garlic, remaining lemon juice (4 tsp.), and spices (if using)

Mix well, shape into patties, and coat them in Cerelac wheat (optional)

Cook the patties in a non-stick pan with a touch of oil
